[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Too Lazy to attend customer issues | |||
Hello Sir, My dad has checked the balance from Andhra bank ATM at Jubille Hills, after getting the mini statement he left . While leaving dad haven't checked whether the transaction is completed. Within 2 minutes he is receiving an SMS stating that he has withdrawn Rs.10, 000 which he haven't done. He explained about this to Bank personal and they informed to fill some form and provide letter. The bank personal made my father to come everyday and meet other persons from different branches without any action . My father got vexed and he explained to me, he said there was a person inside the ATM when he was checking balance. I am helpless at this time because i stay in different state. I will register a formal FIR and proceed. I am registering this complaint due to negligence of Bankers making my dad to run behind them, poor ATM maintenance. They should have ran through the video and should have given some information about that transaction. People need to know the reality. Need your advise on this. Public Note : Do not allow stranger or do any transaction in single ATM machines in front of stranger. Do watch on strangers while you do transactions anywhere. Was this information helpful? | |||
