From B.Ananda Krishna Flat No.502, Gardenia Apartments, Muthyalareddy Nagar III Lane, Amaravathi Road, Guntur-522007 Mobile:[protected] Respected Sir, Myself and my sisters Kodali Srilakshmi and Jada Aruna Kumari, W/o. Jada Chakravarthi, D.No.6-20-56, 18/1 Arundelpet, Guntur have purchased and made agreement for an agricultural land at Annavaram/Tungapadu village, Rompincherla mandal, near Narasaraopet, with D.No.50/2/8, 0.97 cents and D.No.103/1/3, 1.47 cents, total 2.44 cents from Mukkapati Lakshmi Narayana, S/o. Mukkapati Seetharamaiah, D.No.11-12-10/0, First lane, Ramireddypet, Narasaraopet, Guntur Dt. Mobile: [protected] on 13.11.2014 for Rs.30, 50, 000/- (thirty lakhs and fifty thousand only) for entire land with the condition that the land will be registered within two months from the date of agreement. We have purchased the above mentioned land through agents Mr.Masthanvalli (Mobile:[protected]) and Mr.Basha (Mobile:[protected]) both are from Inmella, near Narasaraopet. Mr. Mukkapati Lakshmi Narayana has bought this particular land from Shaik Shabeer, S/o. Shaik Moulali, Prakash Nagar, Narasaraopet, Guntur Dt. He got sale agreement on 29.09.2014 and told us that his responsibility to register the land through Shaik Shabeer within the time given to us. As per the agreement conditions, we paid 11, 00, 000/- in two instalments (eight lakhs at the time of agreement ie. on 13.11.14 and three lakhs on 23.11.14) towards initial payment and remaining at the time of registration. He collected money and promised to register the land within time. Whenever we ask Mr. M.lakshmi Narayana to register the land, he keep on postponed the registration saying some reasons and not taken any initiation to register the land. Expecting the registration on any time, we made ready the necessary documents and took encumbrance certificate of that particular land and shocked to see that it was registered to someone else on 20.01.15. When we approach the agents Mr.Masthanvalli and Mr.Basha and Mr.Lakshmi Narayana regarding this, they have not responded properly. We met them many times to register the land or return the amount, at last on 16.02.2015, all of them came to Guntur and made agreement that they will return our amount 11, 00, 000/- (eleven lakhs) and 1, 50, 000/- (one lakh fifty thousand) towards the damages, total of 12, 50, 000/- (twelve lakhs fifty thousand) on or before 10.03.2015. But till date they not responded and when we approach them, they are saying that it is not possible to return the amount and also threatened that they had good contacts with many rowdysheeters in and around narasaraopet and will end our lives if we make it an issue. Sir, we request you to look into the matter and enquire in detail and do the justice by taking necessary action for cheating us and ask them to return our amount and also we request you to protect us since we have life threat from them.
