Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — About bus driver (he was like body present mind absent)

Yesterday (18/04/16) i booked my ticket from hyderabad (Ameerpet) to visakhapatnam service number:3450 & bus driver name: n v v s s gandhi, contact no. [protected]. Correct time of the bus was 8.45 pm & i got the message from apsrtc at 7.56 pm about driver details. I contacted him immediately and he said he will reach ameerpet in 30 min. I reached the bus stop by 8.25 pm. Then i called him at 8.55 he said he was in housing board colony. After that i called him at 9.25 pm he said he was in sr nagar and also he said he will call me after reaching ameerpet. So i waited for his call then i got call from him at 9.52 pm & he said he already crossed ameerpet and told me to come to mgbs. With all the luggage i had to hurry to mgbs.In between i tried to contact him & he didn't even bother to pick my call, at last i reached the bus stand and bus came after 10 minutes. He was like "ok you reached the bus so forget about all what happened"... How can i forget all that tension and if something had happened to me in that hurry who will be responsible??... I am also very tired and couldn't even argue with him so i left the issue... Today morning again the same happened in rajahmundry there two people (Reservation candidates) was waiting for the bus and he didn't stop for them and left the place. After travelling some distance he again turned the bus all the way back to rajahmundry to pick those two... Worst of all these now i am stuck in tuni as the bus was breakdown... My complaint is
1) with luggage in mind i booked my ticket from ameerpet then why did he made me go all the way to mgbs & worse he didn't even take responsibility for his mistake. (I would have left the issue if he had said a single sorry)
2) bus was supposed to reach vskp by 10.30 am and i am still stuck in tuni (Now the time is 10.30) & i don't know how to reach my place now.
3) due to his mistake i had to reach mgbs by auto and it costed me rs 150/-
4) why should i go for apsrtc?? Is it to bear all that tension and uncomfortness and also it didn't even complete it's purpose (Bus was breakdown in tuni)
5) all the people in the bus suffered due to bus driver's incompetence
6) i want compensation for all the mental stress and uncomfortness he caused me and also for not picking and dropping me at my selected places... (Also my auto charges)

Ap ni bus fare is verry high nellore diestic nellore To atmakur namal busfera rs:32 now today Is Rs:63 verry bad ok

I am traveling from lb Nagar to vijayWada by indra bus no. AP29Z2378 and ticket no is 00007659 and service no 1447 date 24th April 2016 please don't use like this old buses and don't fraud passengers...
