Hi team,

I have traveled on apsrtc bus on following date with details mention, the driver is not accepted the luggage of rice 50kg and he argued with me 30 minutes. Finally he accepted and he charged 32 rupees luggage charge and i don't have change rupees so i gave 100rs. He wrote remaining change amount on back side of ticket, while getting off the bus i asked the change he is not gave and also he is asking 100 rupees extra money. Please take proper action on him not repeat this again in future

Sir we are from Visakhapatnam. Marikavalasa area. Our colony bus has been removed since 20 days and the respective Depot officials are not bothering about it from this area there are so many people going to town to meet there purposes.our bus route no is 25M.please help with this.thank you.
