Hi,

I have contacted online support team of APSRTC due to some problem. But they did not respond. Is this the way they respond to the customers?. I mailed them nearly 7 times, but no response. Depot manager on this email is not at all responding "[protected]@apsrtc.gov.in". Please help me in this.

I have booked a ticket from Tallapudi to L B Nagar with service no.2787 dated on 17/04/2016. Bus failed due to diesel leakage. They wasted 4hrs for repairing, and finally arranged an alternate bus in Khammam which is "Express". But, I have booked ticket for "Super Luxury". Most o[censored]s have to go to office. Finally, I have wasted my money and time. Who is going to bare all the loss. As a passenger I seriously request refund on behalf of all the passengers. Hoping for positive reply.

This is the mail I sent to the online support team. They asked me to provide with the ticket number, I provided them with ticket number, support team forwarded the message to depot manager with email id "[protected]@apsrtc.gov.in". From then no response. Is this the way they respond to customers?

Please help me in this.

Ac not working and patient is suffering from Suffocation
Really disgusting service always in the front line . and beyond that very rude to travellers. I thought that the apsrtc will improve in services after dividing from TELANGANA.

I booked ticket on 20th April.But ticket was not booked...my amount
was deducted in my account...i call to the customer care of apsrtc they said
that refund will done..But amount is not credited in my account ...i
attached my bank statements...plz refund my amount...

Increase Bus trips

Increase buses from koti to Bank colony and Bank colony(Qutubullapur) to Koti in the evening the job holders and college students suffering verymuch we need to wait for one hour every day.
