Andhra University — Miss use of funds of andhra university english medium school

Address:Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

University registrar and school corspondent both are withdrawn Rs 35, 00, 000/ from school bank account for the construction of school building. but there is no value of construction has completed till now.I am enclosing photo of construction part.
