Andhra University — OD and convocation certificate not received

Hi,

Requested for original OD and convocation certificate in the last month and I didnt recieved the same and also there is no update. Serial No :[protected]
Hall tkt No: 21064051. Course : B.Tech and year of passed out 3/2004.
Tried calling customer care but no one receiving the call. I need the certificates immediately as it is blocking my H1B visa application. Please do the needful as early as possible.
