When I opened the account I was told the brokerage fee per contract in options will be 20/- one side and I did some trade initially with that brokerage charge. And suddenly my dealer Chitranshi and his manager Niral or Nirmal in andheri office decide to increase my brokerage fee without informing me and they later on charged me 40/- and yesterday when I checked my account online for the first time I saw that they have charged me 80/- for one side per contract and they did not even inform me I even spoke to the sales rep who helped me open the account and he said he has the approval mail for the 20/- charge per contract at the time of opening the account is spoke to priyanka yadav and she said the on November 1st 2015 we have increased the brokerage charge and that was lie as I have not made any charge after that day I have made charges before November which clearly mean that all of them are lying. There is no communication provided to me about the increase. I want all the brokerage charges to be reversed to the price promised to me at the time of account opening. Client ID S149981
