Angel Broking — Charging extra brokerage & not picking the phone | |||||
Hi, I am prafulla from delhi, dmat a/c - delp5498, opened this account one month back from karol bagh. I was promised.1 &.01 for per lot selling and buying for intraday & delivery but they are charging 28.22rs (Only brokerage) for buying and selling. When i informed about this to agent (Nabil from karol bagh angel brooking branch, his contact no-[protected]), he started ignoring my phone & responding badly. At times, he used wrong words & talked very rudely. I am paying very high brokerage & not getting any resolution to my query. At the time of opening account, i asked about brokerage, the above mentioned charges were told to me. But after 1st trading, i got that charge is pretty high. When i shared the issue with nabil, he left picking my calls. Around 10 days after when i made call from another no, he picked the call. But his answer was very rude & bull. Please take some action against nabil (Angel broking agent) & also sorted out this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

After my complain, i just got a call from angel broking customer care but she told me that my problem was sent to senior officials of angel broking but i have not got any call from their senior officials. now they have started charging more. i don't know why they are doing so. can i get any forum or any official site where i can make a complain against them? it is not about me they are cheating several innocent people.

The same has happened with me also. I have also contacted Mr.Haider of Angel Broking . He was the one who opened my account. When I told him about these charges, he said that these charges are not possible but I am being charged very high brokerages of around Rs.65 on small transactions of around Rs.40000. He completely denied that he has no knowledge about these charges. Please fix this on my account also. My name is under my wife name "Ruchika Bansal" and client code is NEHR5915. Also, I need a refund of all the wrong brokerages which are charged on my account till date.

Today my brokerage was charged as it should be but I have not yet received the refund of the previous wrong brokerages. Could you please request for refund also ?
