Aniket — Freecharge Deducted 171 171= 342 from my bank account even when the recharge is not successful

I have done 171 recharge to my airtel no. [protected] which was not successful because some server issue thats whay after sometime later again i have done tge same recharge on that number but the result was same and thatswhy this to trasactions is not showing in recharge history also so no oder I'd is available for complaint in free charge it is asking order id...my Corp ac no.**97...085 342 is transfered to pay u ac at 23:59 pm on[protected] and 00:04am on[protected] i will attach image of corp sms..my contact no.
