[Resolved]  Anil Kumar — ICICI Bank Ltd-DDA Housing Scheme Refund

Hi,
My Name is:- Raj kapoor Meena. I have applied for DDA Housing Scheme by ICICI Form Zero. My Application Number is:-6003369. I have not selected in lucky draw of DDA. So I want to know that when will I get the refund money. According to DDA they have released my refund but I have not received the same till date. Also Would I receive the refund through cheque or it will transfer in my account as I have paid through my online account only?

dear anil. u r true. though u r very soft in requesting the ICICI bank for ur money.. there are no. of customers who are yet to get their money back. infact in my family we have put 3 applications and we are so unlucky that none of them got thru. but we were foolish to do the business in ICICI as their systems are not at all transparent and they are such a unethical bankers that they want to earn interest on our application money even though that money has been transferred to ICICI bank from DDA on 19th itself. even now also they want to keep that money in their accounts by sending cheques which shall allow them to keep that money till that cheque encashed. really dirty business they are doing. we should sorry for ourselves as we are doing business keeping our confidence with ICICI.Even none of their customer service are having any idea. MY APPLICATION NO IS 6018344. Yesterday only i had approached a consumerforum and i feel we will get our money with interest and penal interest. in addition to that i am sending the message on twitter to Sri Venkaih nAIDU AND dda . LET US SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

dear sir. same case is everywhere. these unethical staff of ICICI want to make interest out of the innocent customers. 1st they will delay the paymet of refund by avoiding the mode of online payment and do the amount refund by cheque. by which they will delay the total refund process by 2-3 weeks. my application number is 6018344 and i am planning to approach the consumer forum. even DDA is also irresponsible for not following it up properly. when we have paid to them.. it is their responsibility to revert that money thru online immediately. where these DDA officer are sleeping god only know. Govts change but Govt officers always the same. bloody...

Bank has released the Demand Drafts to all unsuccessful applicants by December 27, 2014, which were dispatched to customers communication address. All the drafts are expected to be delivered before January 5, 2015. Please write to [protected]@icicibank.com with your contact details incase you do not receive it by January 5, 2015. Refer "a03g4f" in the subject line.

Even I have not received the refund by ICICI Bank till date . Why should ICICI Bank dispatch it by courier when online transfer to account could have been done and relevant information was filled up . It is just eyewash as Bank will save on interest which otherwise they are liable to pay . No Courier services takes more than 2 days for delivery on local address in Delhi then why are you saying delivery only by 5th Jan 15.

Banks want to show the money in their balance sheet for the month end in order to show that they have healthy reserve. I spoke to few of my friends who received their refunds and they all have non ICICI bank account, when I called customer service they simply disconnect the call or put me back to main menu, this is really setting benchmark for lowest and greediest standards of service. In the era of NEFT they chose to send draft to create more confusion and sit on cash !!

I have also applied for DDA housing scheme with ICICI form zero.

Have visited ICICI bank last week, they said they are in process of dispatching the cheques. They said they will update their system with the latest status of the application by Monday. So we can visit the nearest ICICI branch and check the status in case not received the cheque max by Wednesday .

Received Cheque today . See, Cheque is issued on 23/12/2014 from Green park branch Delhi ( Just 3 KM from Lajpat nagar ) and received on 5th Jan 2015 . It is intentionally a late dispatch by ICICI so that they earn on interest money from customer . Other bank followed ECS Procedure and did direct transfer of Money . This is Height of cheating to Customer.

ICICI & DDA both are playing game with customers.just wants to wash away the public money like their fathers.DDA Vice chairman also for no use, only a long speech.

ICICI BAnk is fRaud.I contacted them today and they gave me a tracing# of BSA logistic.When I contacted BSA logistic they told me that they have returned the courier back to ICICI as ICICI have handed the cheques to them on 04/01/2015 and instructed them to return all the cheques which were not delivered by 08/01/2015.So they updated the fake status like "Door LOcked" .

ICICI is trying to delay the refund.It is a fraud company.
