I was studied in mount zion college of engineering college and technology pudhukottai...
Due to college infrastructure and some family problems..
So now i planning to get the transfer certificate and continue my 3rd year in another college, but my college registrar mr.nixon azariah says that u want to pay the next two years fees ₹2, 00, 000 for getting transfer this is the rule of our college...i cant pay such big amount...so kindly plz help me to get the transfer quickly
