Annamalai University — Issuance of degree certificate

I have passed B.A PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION degree course in JUNE 2012. we need request for provisional certificate but yet to receive degree. My registration number is [protected]. I tried for it many times but never get satisfactorily answers.
Kindly provide essential guidance.

I have passed my B.ED degree from Annamalai University in May 1994 and did not apply for my degree until 2019. After the telephonic conversation with the Annamalai people I sent a Demand Draft of 1500 Rupees and sent it by Govt speed post. But it's 2021 my degree has not reached. Now one of the staff of the Annamalai University is saying that we will send a Duplicate Degree in Six months time because the Master degree had been dispatched. My Point is that for the last 20 years my postal address has not changed, no degree has been sent because I did not apply for the degree until now. There has been no acknowledgement receipt which has been signed. I am uploading all the documents on this platform, please stop all this harassment and be a university which helps candidates rather than being a problem its self. Be the solution not the problem.
