Ansal API Properties & Infrastructure — villa booked on 2010 jan not hand over yet

sir i had booked a villa on jan 2010 from ansal api project sushant golf city but till date i have not been given the possession of villa though i had paid the whole cost of the villa within 45 days of the booking of the villa. when ever i asked to handover the villa the reply is within one month or two month the construction will be over and the villa will be handed over to you. they are promising since last two year. but the construction of the villa is stagnant. i paying interest of the houssing loan as well as rent of residence. can u suggest for this to get the villa possessed by me. it is a larchwood villa . payment hasbeen done full except p 5% of possession money. thanking you regards s karmakar [protected]
