Anu Felicity — Gk infrastructure villas a scam

I booked a villa more than 2years from now, and have paid in full for the construction to start. But the builder kept delaying it giving various reasons like rains, khata, group building etc.
All were just tactics to keep buying time as he has already used our money else where and lost it. Now he has no money to even refund as we dont wish to construct anymore looking at the development which has been equal to 'none'. Guys we had paid for a villa (A duplex house with club class amenities) and not a stupid double storey building in farm land. How about you guys? Have you got your possession? I just checked it this weekend and the whole place looks just like it looked a year back. Just no progress and the builder is in no mood to make any more progress.
