[Resolved]  Anupama Gas Agencies — Additional Tips being demanded

Hi, I had booked of a gas cylinder which was delivered today dated 20.10.2014, Bill No. [protected]. The total bill amount on the slip was Rs. 441 after the delivery guy replaced the cylinder he demanded like a road side goon amount of Rs. 460 to which I questioned that why should I pay you more than the bill amount to which he replied he wanted money for tea. Anyhow since I dint want to argue and out of my own generosity I decided to give him Rs. 450 as a round figure after which he demanded money saying give me Rs. 10 more just like how a goon would demand money to which I raised my voice and said I have been generous enough in giving you additional money and that's more than enough to which he started arguing with me so I replied back in a stern and loud voice asked thrice for his name and shouted back saying that I would put up a complaint against you let me know your name now to which he replied let it be ma'am you didn't pay me extra money so now why do you want to know my name and he left. I was all alone at home and for me as a woman my safety was first because of the way he spoke like goon and I didn't want to get into any further argument and just to shut his mouth I decided to give him little more than the bill amount. However I decided to put up a complaint as this is not right and safe. I would request you to kindly look into this matter with utmost urgency.
