[Resolved] AO Smith Geyser — Geyser creating loud sound | |||
This is with reference to our purchase of a geyser (AO Smith HSE-SES 25L Water Heater-White) dated 12.12.2013 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata. For your reference our purchase invoice no. BB/CM/06900/13-14. Unfortunately, the geyser purchased is creating a lot of loud sound. We have lodged a complain to the costumer care and the person who visited us said that due to iron in the water, the geyser is producing these noises where as we have three other geysers which has no such issue and they have been running smoothly.
