Aon Hewitt — Mentally torched and harassment

Hi Sir, I am working in Aon Hewitt (Noida). I am suffering lots of Management issue in this organization. On the basis of false escalation . My Manager try to Target me and Harass me from last 6 month. I reached out to HR team few days ago. But because of good relationship between my Manager and HR team. They ignored my issues and taken action according to my Manger. I am feeling helpless in this organization, feeling Mentally torched. Please Suggest me and help me. Regards Rahul kumar
