I, Rama shankar mishra submitted the documents for ownership transfer on 4th march 2014 and it has been approved by rto on 7th march 2014, then as per the rule and rto officer said that it will be delivered under 15-20 days but still it has not yet printed and delivered.
i am facing problem while checking as i am not having yet
kindly solve the problem soon.
