We have consumed 211 units in the month of August and received an electricity bill of Rs.769/-. I have paid the bill on time.
We have consumed 208 units only in the month of SEPTEMBER and received an electricity bill of Rs.1004/-.
Could you let me know, how come the bill got increased even though the number o[censored]nits consumed are less(208...

Due problem on transferom only single phase power available, due to this problem we are not able to use lift service. Our Service No.[protected]...

Daily power cuts and low voltage. Most of them happens in mid nights and No one will be available to contact. I have been complaining since from long time but no one is responding on this issue. Low voltage since 1day and lift not working. Also electronic machines are effected, like TV and laptop. And finally online work and classes are hampered for elders and children. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Sir, In Mundlamuru mandal of Ongole Circle frequent power cuts are happening daily especially from 7 PM to 11 PM every day. Peoples are suffering with Power Cuts even after paying high electricity bills....

Executive is coming and informing that his scanner is not allowing to take meter reading since 4 months. When we are cross checking he is telling that bill will come online you can pay overthere directly and if it happens next time, he will raise a complaint. I didnt understand his concept as he is saying same old reason since 4 months and not looking for any sort...

In these scenario, we are working from home and no proper power supply here.
It takes 2 to 5 hours to get power sometimes or else often they'll cut the power for every 1 or 2 hours.
It is serious issue, our works are become complicated because of this.
So please keep forward this issue and please work on this....

Actually every month we are paying Rs -150 to 200/- average monthly bill. but this month we received bill amount 8871 how its possible. We have 2 meters at our home . The meter boy recorded one meter bill and he said he is unable to record other meter bill and said AE will send the bill for current month . We did not receive any and it is getting late day after day. Last year also 2 months bill we got and it was a bomb . Kindly look into this and have our current month bill sent as soon as possible...

Though we did not consumed or supplied to others, meter showed consumption during March 2021 was 509 units for Rs.3, 370/- power bill was served to us. As a result of our complaint, the concerned authorities arrived that either we have consumed or let power to use by others. Hence, they suggested us to pay the bill in scheduled time.
