Apcpdcl — Electricity bill arrears in thousands for a small village single room

In sundupali mandalam guntarachapalli village my aunt is living they are having a single room with 2 lights and a fan . in the wore village they are the one who regularly pay the electricity bills and we are having the copy also. But suddenly they got bill of 46000 and 36000 for 2, 2 months regularly in Mar and may. They went and asked the AE of Sundupalli substation he replied it was the arrears of before year 2000 and pay atleast half and go. But when asked y only this one house got that much bill and not any other in the whole village he is saying that before year 2000 the biller at that time has charged u minimum so all that arrears combined u got the bill and he has stopped the supply to my aunts home also. They are old and living in a poor condition they can't even do agriculture as they are old senior citizens. We approached news papers also but they are asking for a lot of money that they can't afford to. So please help out a way. They are living in dark even today also. Thanking you
