Apcpdcl — electricity disconnected without any information

Dear sir, we are resident in pragathi nagar, NRI COLONY, sai nagar, jntu, kukatpally, Hyderabad today the electricity line has disconnected our fuse without any information due payment for only days gap and its such a bad service i dint saw this service and that person in my whole life cant do his job rightly... and we dint saw electricity disconnection anywhere where everybody get fine... and our last bills where payed on time... not only ours but so many are suffering this kind of behavior... we all owe an explanation... please this my humble request to take action on this...
