Apcpdcl — excess bill from April 2014 to Aug 2014

We M/S. Nakshatra agencies having a service number:[protected] in the name of s.mohiddin bee. We are facing a lot of problems in billing since 1st April 2014. We made a oral complaint repeatedly since May 2014 and also a written complaint on 6th July 2014 regarding excess billing. The APSPDCL people came to our showroom and inspected the showroom and meter. They told us that they will send the meter to complaint department for checking. Generally we are receiving an average bill amount of Rs.7000 to Rs.9000 since june 2011 but from 1st April 2014 we received the excess bill Rs.14210/- May Rs.14200/- June Rs.16470/- July Rs.19665/- and we made a complaint on 6th july 2014. They told us to pay 300/- for meter checking and again we received excess bill of Rs.63408/- for the month of August 2014 which is abnormal. We met the AAO and he told us to pay 31710/- for the month of August and remaining amount Rs.31700/- will be adjusted in future bills. Now we received a power bill of Rs.7477/- for the month of December 2014 and arrears of Rs.31742/- total of Rs.39219/- with due date of 28/01/2015. We request you to look into the matter that our average billing for service number is Rs.7000/- to Rs.9000/- since June 2011 and particularly in the August 2014 we received very high bill amount of Rs.63408/- which caused us lot of agony and mental torture and the staff of the office telling that there is no meter problem and you have to pay entire amount.
