I shri Rabindra Nath Ghosh, retired Central Govt. employee, residing at Kolkata, wants to inform you that on 30th June 2014, a salesman, as named Rathin Sarkar came to my home with a cataloge of Kutchina Company. He provided a hand bill of Apex Home Appliances, Nimta, M.B.Road, Kolkata 700049, invoice number 10245, against Rs 6000, for the purchase of Titan kichen chimney provided by Kutchina. The delivery date was at 12 am on 1st July 2014. But i didnt receive any chimney till now. After a few days he rang up and said he can't provide any Kitchen chimney and a cheque of Rs 6000 had been sent to me through DTDC courier. The following is the sms i received from him :"Dtdc courier k71841077Delivery date 4.7.14 at 11 am" The sms was received on 5:16:16 PM on[protected], from mobile number [protected]. I personally called DTDC office and they said there was no such courier booked agianst the number "k71841077".I have the sms in my inbox he had send to me. Mr. Rathin Sarkar used the following mobile numbers for calling me : [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] I have lodge a written complaint at Tiljala Police Station on[protected].I need your helping hand to sort out this problem and help me to get my money back and take serious action against him so that others are not cheated by him any further.
