Apollo Clinic — Fake health reports

We are really horrified by your service. The way the guys spoke to us, the way they treated us, and the way the fake reports have astounded us. Lost faith in human. Lost faith in the doctors. I had initially bought a couple package of health checkup which was worth 6000. My wife hasn't done the health checkup yet. But then all the above mentioned factors make me think once more that I shouldn't get my wife's health checkup done. So I just asked at the reception counter of Apollo(Thane west) to give me back my 3000. And they put a wrong blame on me that I had bought a package of 20, 000. I.e a family package and they started proving me wrong. Whereas I already have the proof in written that I had the package of 6000. I demand my right back, and the right includes a refund of 3000 or else I can surely take this dispute to a higher level. Because I have lost the faith in Apollo, its doctors and the fake reports as I had got it verified by doing it from an another hospital as well.
