[Resolved]  Apollo Hospital — Bad behaviour of staff nurse named Dipika Swain at Dailysis deptt.

Patient comes for Dialysis were it takes allmost 4 hours for a procedure and adding to that 1 n half +hour, its take total five n half hour to complete the enitre procedure, where a patient wit dibeties and renal problem required full nutrition . But the staff at apollo Bhubaneswar Mrs Dipika swain refused to give Dinner bcz the paitent entered at 4 pm and he is eligible for snacks and as per her Apollo protocal Says to serve only one food ... No matter the patient is in what condition ... height of service provided at private hospital like Apollo Hospital. For a food do we really required to adhere a protocol ... answer ? Mrs Dipika swain is said to be a very bad rude behaved nurse then how she still exist . Humbly request to the management to take serious action against her . A secrete survey Has to be done for better assessment. Your action against the complaint logged will Really appreciated... Thanxs in advance
