[Resolved] Apollo Hospital — UID fee taken and UID not given instead some other number given

Hi, I already had a UID number of apollo and receptionist said they can't find my UID from my number I have to register again so I paid her 200 again and after that also she didn't issued any UID to me I have a bill for that and want to claim my 200 rupee back, otherwise I gona sue you.
