[Resolved]  Apollo Munich Health Insurance — Claim not recieved till now

I Sandeep Bakshi having claim id no 217714 deposited my all original documents by hand in Pitampura apollo Munich branch and on 18th Sept they asked me to send cancelled cheque i send it on 22nd Sept. After that they said money will be transferred to Ur account in 1 or 2 days. Same statement was given to me till 30th Sept. But on 1st October they asked that Ur 5 documents are pending as all these documents are submitted by me on 8th Sept.by hand .
But they are saying that we didn't received these documents
please take some action against tham?
