Dear all, I have taken family health insurance plan from your respective organization last two month I have given cheque to your broker/agent but he asked that my cheque returned from my bank an I have query from my bank no cheque returned from my account but your agent given me slip in which mentioned due insufficient balance my returned at same time I have gave whole amount to your agent in cash.after long time I haven't. Received any negotiable instrument from your's side.please provide us that particular instruments how would claimed
