Apollo Pharmacy — apollo card not accepted

dear problem solver, the apollo pharmacy had given me a card explaining with its benifits of 10% discount on all medicinal & 5% on food products.I purchased some medicines & wished to use the card in one of the apollo pharmacy located at Ramapuram-chennai branch, but instead he just spoke rudely that the card isnt valid infront of other customers.i explained to him it was given from one of your pharmacies and also i 've used it a dozen times. the pharmacist made joke out of me that this card can only be used where it was issued and that place is some kind of remote village.i was shocked to hear him mocking me of a village guy.he refused to use the card & also made fun of me with his colleagues..i just wanted to make clear why was the card given to me with such pressure insisting you wil get discount on the products and can be used anywhere, there are almost 5 medicals in my street.but i went to the apollo wantingly to use this card.but cant as said it cannot be used in chennai.what kiond of services are the apollo are doing..or is it really like that.why do they have to cheat people with such offers and then reuse to give mentioning lame reasons.i just need an proper explanation about this. regards karthik
