Apollo Pharmacy — Apollo Pharmacy Outlet cheating customers by selling empty bottles of medicines | |||
My father Vijay Gupta is aged 70 years staying in Bangalore. His phone no is +91-[protected] He brought a bottle of Ostospray nasal on 27-April-2015 from Apollo Pharmacy, #56, Lakshman Reddy Building, Deverabishnahalli, Bellandur Post, Bangalore- 560103 (bill attached). There was still some medicince left in his existing bottle, so he preserved this bottle as per the prescribed instructions. He opened the new bottle some days later after finishing the existing bottle, but to his utter shock, the bottle inside was empty. There was no medicine inside it. This was duly brought to the attention of the pharmacy outlet. However, the outlet is refusing to accept responsibility and has blatently told me that they are helpless in this matter and he should take this up directly with the manufacturer. The medicine was purchased from the outlet, and the money was given in good faith. It is the outlet's responsibility to ensure that they provide customers genuine products and not empty bottles. Please help in getting my father compensated for the medicine he paid for and restoring my confidence. I request you to look into this matter immediately and put an end to this practise.
