[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — Free item not given

I am a customer of your company with the card no. [protected] of last two years and my average invoice is Rs. 2000 per month. Today I was purchased a horlicks kesar badam 400 gm pkt. A tiffin box free with it but a staff of your shop after received full amount told me that free item is finished. Where as I saw the free tiffin box set is lying there cash counter.I asked them for this and they misbehave with me. shop is in garia mahamayatala kolkata- 700084.ph. no. 24353409. My ph. no. [protected]. Invoice no. CRG0011477. My question is not for a tiffin box it is question for goodwill and customer cheating. Please do the needful Sudeepto kumar guha
