Apollo Pharmacy — Irresponsible customer handling

I am Vidyasagar working for CTS, Chennai. Last Wednesday Feb 11th, 2015 my dad went on to buy medicine for my wife in Apollo Pharmacy Periyarnagar II branch. Since I hold apollo medical card, I asked him to buy medicine in Apollo pharmacy. He already had some bitter experience with apollo pharmacy itseems, he refused to go there. Since I forced him he went to that shop, with no regret he again faced problem again. He was not properly responded by the staff. They were enjoying themselves sitting and laughing all together without attending customer. Finally they came to my dad and asked for prescription and as usual out of 4 medicines only 1 was available. They told that will buy and give the medicines from outside. So we gave number and asked them to contact once available. They called my number the next day telling that medicines are available. I informed my dad that I will go myself this time. I went to the shop on Thursday, Feb 12th, 2015. They had the medicines ready but bill copy was not ready. They told that since it is bought from outside it wont reflect in their system now, asked me to collect the bill next day promising that bill will be ready. But to my surprise they didn't call me back until we called them today Feb 16th, 2015. Now she told me that Saturday and Sunday is holiday for pharmacy which is stated as 24hrs pharmacy but she forgot about Friday. After my dad called today to remind about the bills they made it ready and called my mobile to say that bills can be collected. I asked them to tag my Apollo medical card number so that I get the bills generated to my office account directly. But they have put my name itself in patient name wrongly. She is asking me who is working in CTS and whose name is there in that Apollo medical card? Their name only we will be putting in the bills as patient name. I never seen such irresponsible staff in pharmacy. How could such people work in pharmacy where the medicines need to be properly provided? I seek immediate action against this branch staff.
