[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — No proper confirmation of Medicines Ordered on phone | |||
Hello, When Apollo Pharmacy takes order on phone, they don't have a centralised professional system to confirm whether they have the medicine in stock or not. They don't send the customer a clear provisional Bill mentioning all the medicines ordered for the Customer to confirm that all the medicines ordered are being sent. Neither is the rate at which they have charged for each medicine is mentioned. So on both accounts of medicines being sent & the rate at which customer is being charged the customer is in dark till the time of delivery. It is disheartening to know that Such a big hospital can not run a pharmacy properly in a professionally satisfactory manner. Sumeet Was this information helpful? | |||
