Apollo Pharmacy — Return of medicine

I have purchased Esam 5 (two pouch) form Apollo Phamarcy, Ruchika Market Baramunda Bhubaneswar on 26th May 2016. The payment was made by swiping the debit card and no bill was issued. As my fathers foot is swelling, we shown him to doctor and doctor told the reason of swelling is Amlopidine which is present in Esam 5. Then doctor advised to stop Esam 5 and replaces with Telmikind H. On approaching Apollo Pharmacy to return the Esam 5 and in its place to give Telmikind H. The personnel present in Apollo Pharmacy told that without bill they can not replace as if the medicine was purchased from some othe stores and did not agree to replace the medicine. In spite of repeated request and showing the message received from the bank about the transaction they did not agreed and I was astonished by the repely they give can not be explained here.The way they behave is not acceptable for any customer.
