[Resolved] Faber Hob And Chimneys — Service not properly done | |||
For servicing my Faber Hob and Chimney , I have called M/s Smart care, , Tambaram (authorised service centre)Pbone No. [protected].One mechanic by name Mr.Sivanesan came and serviced the appliances. But he could not open one of the screws in a small burner. So the bottom of the hob could not be cleaned. While cleaning the burner one of the electrical flickering of the small burner went out of order.But I have paid service charges of Rs.550/- vide Receipt No. 5172 dated 27.3.2013 since he had assured for the rectification next day.But nobody has turned up for several days. I have contacted the Dealers in Tambaram ' M/s Shanmugha Ceramics from whom I have purchased the appliances. They have contacted Mr. Rajesh , the authorised Faber Company person.He has assured that it would be rectified immediately. Eventhough 20 days gone nothing done. I have contacted both the Smart care and Mr. Rajesh several times. But so far nobody turned up till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
