[Resolved]  LG Microwave — non for refund faulty machine

My name is Meera Sriram and i had purchased a lg microwave on 20/2/11 from big bazaar. and the switch panel did not work in the month of sep'12.the complaint was lodged and the company agreed to pay the refund of the cost price of the microwave as it could not be repaired. i got the call from the company saying that they needed my name on the bill which was sent to the concerned person. but there is no respond from there side, till date despite following up.the details of the person:Ms. Suvarna sawant M: [protected] email id: suvarna.[protected]@lge.com(whenever called either dosen't pick up the call or always on holidays)
