[Resolved]  SofTEL — PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED

On January 25th , 2013, we had ordered a hand blender with chutney maker from the online website of Softel.in.

We received the pacakage 15 days later through EPP, but with the wrong item. After complaining to the company., one Mr Akshay instructed us to send back the wrong item and they will reimburse the cost of sending the package and send the correct item, and arrange for local delivery of the same item

We shipped the item back and sent the scan copy of the Speed post receipt. and now we are not getting the original product back nor the cost of shipping the wrong item back , and Mr Akshay is not giving us a satisfactory reply.

Kindly note that Softel in a fraud company and we recommend people not to buy from them .

We have been robbed and wish others do not follow suit
