[Resolved] Star Cj — lack of accountability and transparency | |
i had booked diamond pan set on star cj website on 02 ct 13 order no [protected] for which after applying the discount code, i was prompted to pay rs 2429.10 which was paid by my credit card and i got an instantaneous sms from my credit card bank of money getting charged to my account. on 04th oct 13 i got a sms from star cj that my order has been cancelled as they have not received payment. when i called their helpline, they told me that my order has been auto cancelled on 04 oct but, since they have received the credit card payment i will get refund in 6-10 working days.
in this entire episode, i am the victim as despite payment, star cj wrongfully cancelled my order and is keeping my money for over 15 days without any penalty, they did not have a word of apology or explaination i think consumers like us should not be harassed Was this information helpful? | |
