It's been almost a month since my htc desire 626 phone has been deposited in your service centre for repair.. my intimation no. adn_120616_[protected] has gone through the initial checking process and no updates regarding the repair has been provided to me.. i wish to know whether my phone is ready for use or i am going to get a refund of my phone purchase amount. an immediate reply will be appreciated.
