Appsdaily — Mobile handset which was defective but not damaged | |||
My handset samsung s7edge was taken by the samsung company, as it had some heating problem. i purchased the mobile on 8th aug 2016, and i got the money back from samsung. but i got my mobile insured for rs.5000 at apps daily, now these people are not responding. my question is when my mobile was defective and the money has been returned by samsung then for what reasons apps daily is not returning my mobile insurance money, neither my mobile was stolen nor it was damaged, but it was defective, whole world knows that samsung is facing reheating trouble in their handsets. called on their customer care number but sad to say they are turning a cold ear. i request you to please look into this matter. their is difference between damage and deffective product. i dont know much abt the companys office.
