Apsrtc — Driver & conductor swear a lot

This is p.sathish babu. I travelled in your APSRTC bus no AP 29 Z 311 & date 23-June-2014. time 8.25 am from palamaner to pungunar. i reached the destination when i & my father was getting down he moved the bus my father he felt down he is one patient. if i ask the driver why you done like this he is scolding us like [NEE YAMMA] it's what kind of language. DRIVER & CONDUCTOR they are using the unparliament language. your apsrtc has to take sevier action.
