Apsrtc — Informed service cancelled but deducted my amount

Dear sir, I have booked ticket through apsrtc website by login to my account from bangalore to kadapa on 02.09.2015 Ticket number : 44812765 Service number : 9255 Seat number : 5 & 6 Due to bandh on 02.09.2015 we have called to apsrtc concerned person bearing mobile number : [protected] before staring from my place The person had informed that service had been calcalled So we had postponed my shedule And after some time i got a call from apsrtc driver/conductor and informed that bus was starting from orgin point now to go kadapa Please help me in this to refunsd the amount to my account immediately Regrads Vamc [protected]
