Apsrtc — No refund

Sir I booked the ticket from apsrtc online on 19/07/15 from Ravulapalem to Hyderabad KPHB COLONY . The amount of ticket is deducted from my acc. but i didn't get the ticket. I cross checked the booking service, it has sent mail that amt deducted from my account with ref no:[protected] and ebs payment id: 39790085 . So please verify it and refund the amount as soon as possible or please send ticket if already done success transaction
