Apsrtc — Not allowing to book tickets Online during peak seasons

I am trying to book the rtc tickets through eTicket login, by entering source and destination, and 2 adults and 0 childs i tried for an hour to book the ticket but its showing an error "Please enter valid No. Of Adults and Child details" even after entering valid numbers. Please find the attached screens
