Apsrtc — Not Boarded into the Bus | |
I booked a ticket in APSRTC Bus Service#6110. Below are the details

From: HEBBAL OPP TO PS
To: Kadiri
I reached the boarding point at 10:05 PM and waited till 10:30 PM. I called APSRTC Number [protected] at around 10:30 PM and they said that the bus might be in traffic and they gave the Driver Nuimber +[protected]. I called the driver number multiple times. But it's switched off. I really frustrated. At around 10:45 PM another APSRTC Bus with Service#6129 came & I asked the 6129 Service Driver about the Service#6110. He said that the bus has already left. Then I get into the Bus with Service#6129 to reach Kadiri. Please help me to get the refund for my ticket#29053157.
