Apsrtc — Seat layout shown online is different from the layout in the actual bus

I booked a seat with number :13, shown as window seat online in apsrtconline in service number 9063, a bus from Chittoor to Bangalore. When I boarded the bus, found to my surprise that the seat 13 is not a window seat instead a corner seat. This is not the first bus where I observed this. Could someone help in taking this forward and help in correcting this layout. Also it would be great if there is a provision to submit complaints directly to apsrtc
