Aptransco — Removing power line from the pole itself.

Sir: My name is Benoni i live in Kakinada and work online. My wife and children live in Rajahmundry where she works as a librarian. We rent a portion in Korlampeta near Kambal tank. This evening the line man has removed the power line from the pole for not paying last month bill though we got 2 months bill with date till next month. The sad part is he came in the evening and took it off leaving with no chance to pay the bill today and so there is no power whole of tonight. This is a very serious thing to do. Had the line man taken it in the morning, my wife would have paid it by afternoon or immediately. He came in the evening after the bill counter closes after 5 p.m. and he did not even inform us that he is going up the pole to disconnect the electricity line. Please advice on this.
