Aqua Grand — Candle 10" spun

I had purchased 2 Aqua Grand 10" Spun Filter form "Parayil Agencies Mavelikara, Kerala +[protected], +[protected]", they had charged me Rs 600/- per candle, I argued back saying they had sold me the same 6 months before for Rs 400/- per candle. The owner said he doesn't remember and doesn't issue bill for this. After the argument he said he will sell the 2 for1100/- . I literally bought it came back home and slowly removed the billed sticker as I have attached the picture, removed it and saw MRP Rs 250/- . I went online on the Aqua Grand website it shows Rs 150/- for the candle, I called customer care number given from site, nobody picks up. Agencies makes Rs 400/- per candle. Something has to be done or else customers get cheated
