[Resolved]  Aqua Guard — Regarding the service of the water purifier after receiving the AMC

With respect to the above subject, The service people of the company have taken the AMC by receiving the three
thousand from us. The company people have assured that when there is a problem they will attend the problem. Since from one month there was a problem we have given complaint and he attended the complaint but the problem of the machine is not solved it will on for two days and get off for three days . Now since form 30/5/2014 we have given the complaint till now no one is responding. Since from four days there is no water in our house as we are having the marriage function on 6, 7 and 8 th of June. There are so many guests but machine is under trouble and that to these company people are not attending means then taking of the water purifier is waste and that to give AMC is a foolishness. Simply they are taking the money and cheating the customers. This company is not having the good service man at all. Since from the purchase it third time i am
giving the complaint on line .


My question s
1 What is the meaning of AMC and, why they are taking money and cheating the people?
2. Why these service people are telling lies that they will attend the complaints.
3. Since from one month they are not able to solve the problem means it’s a shame on the company. It clearly indicates that this company is not having the good service metal
4. Please inform the company to return our money so that we can make other arrangements. Thanking you,
